Black Walnut Flooring

Black Walnut offers a rich, soft, smooth grain pattern.  The heart wood of walnut provides deep tones of browns and blacks, blending with the light yellow and tan of the sapwood

We offer Black Walnut in Select, Number 1 and Mill Run grades.  

Any of these can be milled in our Narrow Plank, Wide Plank or Heritage floors.  

Black Walnut is ranked 1010 on the Janka scale, making it one of our softer hardwoods, but with care, these floors can last for generations to come.  We recommend Black walnut floors to be installed in low to medium traffic areas.
